How is my identity verified?

Can someone steal my IDFlow Number™?

What is a Trust Score™?

Your Trust Score™ reflects your verification level and history. It increases as you complete more verification steps (email, mobile, biometric, documents). Higher scores mean more trust.

Is my biometric data safe?

Can I see who verified my identity?

What is Identity Lock™?

It's a feature that lets you freeze your identity instantly. If your identity is compromised, you activate Identity Lock™ and no one can verify or access your identity until you unlock it.

How long does verification take?

Initial identity verification takes about 5 minutes. After that, every subsequent verification by a business takes about 10 seconds.

Is IDFlow free?

Can I delete my IDFlow account?
