ConsentVerify™ allows users to control access to their information.
2.Consent Principle
No participating organisation may access protected information through IDFlow Secure without obtaining the required permissions from the user unless otherwise authorised by law.
3.User Control

Approve Requests
Decline Requests
Revoke Access
Review Access Logs
4.Request Types
Examples include:
Identity VerificationEmployment VerificationQualification VerificationCredit VerificationMedical VerificationRecruitment Verification
5.Audit Trail
Every request is recorded. Records may include:
- Requesting Organisation
- Date
- Information Requested
- Outcome
6.Consent Withdrawal
Users may withdraw future permissions where legally permissible.
Withdrawal may not affect processing already completed.
7.Liability
Organisations remain responsible for lawful use of information obtained through approved requests.
8.Policy Changes
IDFlow Secure may amend these terms periodically.
